The first time DITA-Word is used the program will check to see that cretin files are present. This Add-In will also register the location of the DITA-OT directory. Before this can be done however, the supporting programs must be installed properly and this Add-In must be added to MS Word.
This Add-In can be added to Word as a Global of Start-up Add-In. A Global Add-In requires a manual initialize of DITA-Word after each restart of word. When installed as a Start-Up Add-In DITA-Word initialized and present whenever Word is run.
