Outstanding System Issues

Many DITA-Word system level issues exist that make it less then stable. The following issues need correction.

  1. If a file is opened during a deletion of a subject and the directory is requested to be deleted, the open file prevents the directory from being deleted. 4/9/2006
  2. There is a problem with the criterion of OL to UL elements in Doc2Dom.
  3. The processing of file name encoded version numbering needs to be improved.
  4. Need to handle element processing more generically with schema checking so specialized topic can be handled with styles and dialog box attribute viewing. Right mouse menu with view attributes command.
  5. A past processor that translates pasted content into dita word styles and structure.
